What is the return policy?

What areas do you service?
We currently service Fresno, Manvel, Pearland, and Houston (ZIP codes 77047 and 77048) in Texas. We're continuing to expand! Enter your address during booking to confirm we serve your location.

How does JoshReturns work?
It's simple! Book a pickup online, tell us what you're returning and which carrier to use. We arrive at your door during your chosen time slot, pick up your packages, and drop them off at the appropriate shipping location. You can track your return status online.

Which retailers do you accept returns for?
We handle returns for all major retailers including Amazon, Target, Walmart, Zara, Sephora, Nordstrom, Best Buy, Macy's, and more. If you have a prepaid return label, we can pick it up!

Which shipping carriers do you work with?
We work with all major carriers: USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Just let us know which carrier your return requires, and we'll make sure it gets to the right location.

Booking & Scheduling
How do I schedule a pickup?
Visit our Book Pickup page, enter your address, add your return items, select your preferred date and time slot, and complete payment. It takes less than 2 minutes!

What pickup times are available?
We offer three time windows: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM, 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM, and 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM. Same-day pickups may be available with our Express add-on for an additional fee.

Can I schedule a same-day pickup?
Yes! Same-day pickup is available as an add-on service for $5. Availability depends on your location and current demand. Select "Express Same-Day Pickup" during checkout.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
Contact us at support@joshreturns.com at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup for a free reschedule. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a $3 fee.

Pricing & Payment
Single package pickups are $9.99. Multiple packages (2-5) are $7.99 each. For 6+ packages, the rate drops to $5.99 per package. Optional add-ons like same-day pickup and photo documentation are available.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure Stripe payment processing. Payment is collected at the time of booking.

Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees! Our pricing is transparent. The price you see at checkout includes everything except optional add-on services that you choose.

Returns & Tracking
How do I track my return?
Visit our Track page and enter your booking ID or email address. You'll see real-time status updates from pickup to delivery confirmation.

Do I need to print a return label?
If your retailer provided a prepaid label, please attach it to your package. If you need help printing a label, we offer a label printing service for $3 per package.

What happens after pickup?
After we pick up your packages, we take them directly to the appropriate carrier drop-off location. You'll receive email updates when we pick up your items and when they're delivered to the carrier.
